With Rosita Jan
"I am intrigued by different religions and respect them all, but to be honest, I feel the most spiritual when I am doing yoga or looking at an ocean. Being spiritual is feeling a connection with a higher power and knowing that life is about more than just achieving goals. It is about feeling good in the moment."
Hi, it's Rosita here. I am an experienced international Yoga & Budokon Mixed Movement coach, certified under the Yoga Alliance. My yoga journey began in 2008. I decided to quit my job in the corporate world to pursue teaching full time.
I am passionate about helping my students learn new forms of exercise for personal-growth. This is why I created a European training course for Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga & Fitness (SUP), which is a fun, spiritual and communal activity-sport. I now invite students to join my team and get qualified in SUP coaching on the sunny island of Malta!
I have invested everything into my classes, which have evolved over many years. What started as a spiritual exercise, progressed into a series of all-ecompassing workout systems inspired by yoga, calisthenics, Budokon mixed movements, trapeze yoga, grappling and paddleboard exercises.
I have trained with a number of interntionally acclaimed pioneers like Briohny Smyth, Dice Iida-Klein, Honsa & Claudine Lafond, Mackenzie Mille, Mathieu Boldron, Lucas Rockwood, Cameron Shayne & Melayne Shayne.
