Requirements
The SUP Yoga Teacher Training Malta course is designed for both current yoga teachers and non-teachers.
If you are a yoga teacher, the teaching skills will come more quickly; but still, the technical way to teach, sequences, and the water safety are all new to anyone. We do require you have a minimum of 6 months experience as a yoga student (any style).

Rosita’s yoga teaching journey began in 2013 which eventually lead her to quitting her job in the corporate world to pursue teaching full time. What started as a fun exercise, progressed into a series of all-encompassing workout systems inspired by yoga, calisthenics, cross-fit, mixed movements, trapeze yoga and SUP yoga.
Rosita is the creator of SUP Yoga & Fitness Malta, Trapeze & Bungee Fitness Malta and the owner of Island Yoga & Fitness Academy in Malta. Being one of the first certified Trapeze Yoga Teachers worldwide, she works closely with YOGABODY Barcelona leading teacher trainings online and in-person. Rosita’s SUP Yoga Teacher Trainings are the largest trainings in Europe.
Rosita has trained with a number of internationally acclaimed pioneers like Briohny Smyth, Dice Iida-Klein, Honsa & Claudine Lafond, Lucas Rockwood, Mackenzie Mille, Mathieu Boldron, Cameron & Melayne Shayne.

This course is designed for both: existing yoga teachers and those who are looking to deepen their yoga practice or add SUP Yoga & Fitness to their teaching skills. If you are a yoga teacher, after successfully graduating from the course you will be able to add this qualification to your Yoga Alliance CEU profile.
This course is subject to completed course work and assessment of the tests and final exams. Course certificates cannot be bought.
Upon successfully graduating from the course you will be able to teach SUP Yoga & Fitness classes internationally.
Your participation, team work, completion of all the assignments during the course and teaching practice – requirements to complete this course.
Yes, paddleboards will be available for you to use throughout the whole course.
Yes, you will have an access to a cafe/restaurant at the training location. There is also a shopping centre nearby.
The course is physically very demanding, therefore it is best not to make any other commitments during the 2 days.
