Fridays 6:00am (sunrise time)
Unforgettable experience of paddling into the rising sun followed by a gentle SUP Yoga practice. Beginners are welcome.
Tuesday 7:15pm, Thursday 7:15pm, Friday 6:15pm
Relieve back pain, build grip and upper body strength, and strengthen your posterior chain in this fun and unique class. This is a suspension yoga class taught with The Yoga Trapeze™.
Wednesdays 7:30pm (60min)
Rosita Jan will guide you through this 60min yoga class designed to help you unwind and de-stress. The practice will include gentle flow, restorative and Yin (long hold) postures.

Daily SUP Yoga & Fitness Classes. We are here to ease you into this exciting and relaxing experience in Malta. All equipment is provided in the class and our SUP Yoga & Fitness instructors will teach you everything you need to know, so don’t worry if you're a beginner.
