Intro to Yoga: 4 Week Beginner Foundation Course***

Curious about Yoga? Too shy to join a regular class? Confused about all those fancy looking poses and movements? Familiar with Downward Facing Dog or Chaturanga but not sure if you are doing them correctly?

Known for her advanced yoga teachings, this time Yoga & Movement with Rosita Jan would like to invite you to join her on a 4 week yoga discovery journey for beginners.

***10 spots will be open for this course***

You will receive:

– 1 weekly 60min group session with a detailed breakdown of yoga poses and how to safely move trough them
– FREE Beginner Yoga PDF download of 10 most common alignment mistakes in yoga and how to fix them
– FREE 30min Beginner Yoga Video for your home practice
– Yoga mat and other props for the duration of the sessions

At the end of 4 weeks you will:

– Know how to safely perform foundational yoga movements
– Be familiar with the most common yoga terms/pose names
– Feel confident in building your own home yoga practice

This course is for those who are new to yoga or would like to feel more confident in their existing practice. No drop-in options will be offered. No previous yoga experience is needed for this course.

This practice will improve the balance and coordination of the whole body with fluid exercises, proprioception training, coordination movements and body-mind integration. Class includes the use of the Wonder Wheel ™.
